05.04.2007 Surveys at State-owned Buildings in Adjara shall be carried out

APLR shall carry out surveys at state-owned buildings and surrounding land parcels in the Autonomous Republic of Adjara. The Ministry of Finance and Economy of AAR awarded the contract to the APLR for conducting the mentioned works. The contract was signed after APLR had won the two-stage tender of the Ministry of Finance and Economy, in which 9 organizations participated.

APLR will survey the buildings of small and large enterprises in the city of Batumi, buildings of different type located on the territories of Kobuleti, Khelvachauri, Khulo, Keda and Shuakevi, as well as the land parcels attached to these buildings.

The plans will be designed in accordance with the established parameters. APLR will also prepare digital database in which collected information is to be integrated. The plans will be prepared in the form of technical certificate including topographic and situation plans (surrounding buildings and areas will be also indicated). If requested, special card is be attached to each certificate in which data on the constructive parts and materials they are made out of, information on the owner, as well as on explications, area and volume of the rooms and other parameters shall be indicated.

The works to be carried out according to the contract, the total cost of which accounts for GEL 50 000, shall be completed by December 31, 2007.

Based on the above works initial registration of the mentioned buildings at the public registry and their further privatization will be possible.
