FOR THE INVESTORS
INTERESTED IN BUYING AGRICULTURAL LAND
STEP 1: Search/identification of agricultural land parcels (lots) into the GIS Database.
GEL 220 - for each land lot with the area from 1 to 20 hectares
For identification of each additional alternate lot, only 30% of the service cost will be paid.

STEP 2: Visit to the parcel(s) of investor’s choice.
Investor will be served with APLR transportation and professional geodesist who will guide investor to the parcel(s) selected.
Transportation costs vary depending on the travel time and accessibility by the land and range from GEL 150 to GEL 800 (additionally, GEL 100 will be added per night per APLR staff member if travel requires spending a night outside Tbilisi).
Service of professional geodesist: GEL 50 per hour (including travel time).
STEP 3: Due diligence of state-owned parcels, land survey and registration.
Land area (lot) of investor’s choice will be studied to identify state land and exclude privatized or illegally occupied parcels. Legal risks will be evaluated. Land parcels in state ownership will be registered as a state property, making them eligible for privatization.
Due diligence, identification, and land survey:
GEL 35.00 – 70.00 per hectare (if cadastral surveys will not be required and identified land is properly registered at public registry).
Pricing will be adjusted depending on the location and size of the lot.
