TRAINING/CERTIFICATION PROGRAMS FOR THE USERS OF NAPRWEB - WEB BASED TITLE REGISTRATION SOFTWARE

Association for Protection of Landowners Rights (APLR) carries out training and certification of NAPRWEB users.

 

Training – trainees will study web based electronic software for title registration and rules for its use, as well as registration related legislation/procedures.

 

Duration of trainings is 5 days.

 

Price for participation in training is GEL 200, including VAT.

 

Training  is not obligatory for undergoing testing and getting certificate.

 

Certification – applicants must be aware of registration related legislation/prosedures and be able to use registration software. Applicants must pass a special test to get certificate.

 

Having certificate is obligatory for the users of NAPRWEB. Signing the memorandum with NAPR is also necessary for authorization.

 

Price for certification is GEL 100, including VAT.

 

After submitting application and paying certification fee, applicant may undergo training before testing.

 

Applicant must give at least 25 correct answers out of 30 questions when passing a test. If applicant fails, certificate will not be issued. For repeated test taking applicants must pay certification fee each time.

 

Authorized user of NAPRWEB can get information maintained at NAPR databases via Internet, electronically register application and attach a special code, pay registration fees; submit registration documents to NAPR via post or currier.

 

Applicants must fill up application form and attach the copy of ID or passport. Respective invoice shall be issued after submission of application. Based on the invoice training/certification fees can be paid through the bank transfer or via plastic card at the APLR office. Receipt confirming training/certification fee payment must be submitted to APLR.
