APLR provides research and analyses of any land and/or real property related issue and based on such analyses ensures well-informed decisions for its clients. APLR legal analysts, in case of client’s request, thoroughly analyze laws or sub-legal acts of Georgia, provide helpful advice to the customers and make commentaries and recommendations on the efficient operation of the system, taking into consideration existing situation and basic trends in the country, as well as other experts’ opinions on the subject.

APLR works to develop new concepts and research areas in support of land and real property market development, as well as effective use and administration of land; if necessary, prepares draft laws and sub-legal acts and participates in the public debates of these draft laws.
