APLR BROKERAGE SERVICES FOR INVESTORS INTERESTED IN BUYING AGRICULTURAL
AND NON-AGRICULTURAL LAND IN GEORGIA SSTEP 1: Search/identification of agricultural and non-agricultural land parcels (lots) into the database in different regions of Georgia Based on customer’s request APLR will search the lands into the database and identify privately owned agricultural or/and non-agricultural parcels available for sale. During the search APLR takes into consideration client’s requirements in terms of land area, region, climatic conditions, accessibility to the main roads and irrigation systems, etc.
STEP 2: Visit to parcel(s) of customer’s choice
APLR offers to take customer for an onsite visit to see the area of interest in case the customer is satisfied with the land lot identified. Potential investor will be served with APLR transportation and professional geodesist who will guide customer to the parcel(s) selected. In case of investor’s request APLR ensures cadastral works, including identification of actual borders of the parcel on site. Fees
for transportation, identification of parcel borders on site and cadastral
works will be defined upon agreement between the parties. STEP 3: Negotiations with landowner(s), concluding respective deal and title registration If customer is satisfied with the land conditions after visual examination on site and takes decision to acquire the land lot selected, APLR arranges meeting between the landowner(s) and investor, prepares respective sales agreement to be signed between the buyer and the seller and ensures title registration at public registry. Fees for APLR brokerage services will be defined based on the agreement concluded between APLR and investor.
