Landowner Magazine

Quarterly magazine “Landowner”  is issued and distributed by APLR  in 2,000 copies throughout all Georgian regions.

In February of 2002 monthly newspaper “Landowner”  was published  for the first time to make land and real property related information  available. The objective of the “Landowner” was to raise awareness of Georgian citizens over their ownership rights and support protection of their interests. Since November of 2003, the periodical has appeared in the format of a magazine.

From the very first issue the “Landowner” provides its readers information on land/real property related legislation and ownership rights, problems property owners may face and ways to resolve them, guidelines on how to transact and register land/real estate, on changes and improvements achieved as a result of APLR’s active involvement in programs for the benefit of Georgia’s population. The Journal serves as a mean for mutual cooperation between APLR and property owners and facilitates the exchange of information between these parties.

From June 2004 till January 2011 the newspaper Chemi Mamuli (My Farm) issued by the Union of Georgian Farmers was incorporated into the magazine with information and advice on agricultural practices assisting landowners and farmers to manage their farming activities better.
