Project Abstract

APLR offers  its customers high precision land and property survey services, as well as official registration of property rights to real estate. 

SakNavtobi is one of APLR’s large customers which addressed the Association to get professional services in official registration of ownership rights to the objects in its possession.

Within the frame of the contract concluded with SakNavtobi, APLR employees collect and review documents related to land and real estate ownership, such as land transfer acts, decisions by respective authorities on the land transfer, documents confirming building ownership, plans of former BTIs etc. Based on the given documents, detailed plans are prepared for each object and appropriate cadastral and registration documentation is created. Finalized documents are submitted for registration to the respective territorial body of National Agency of Public Registry.

There are total of 39 SakNavtobi facilities in 5 rayons and 2 cities within the scope of the project.
